UI Design

FixStream is a multi-national company located in San Jose, CA and Bangalore, India. It is an AIOps+ platform that automatically detects, predicts and helps resolve issues across the hybrid IT stack.

During the summer of 2019, I worked as a UX/UI Design intern at FixStream, Bangalore and created and designed wireframes for their upcoming product - a service page that allows users to see the levels of events occurring based on severity. The program then detects patterns and future events and displays this on a graph, helping users detect problems and solve these issues.

I worked on the user side and created wireframes for a submission page for users to input all the necessary data for the program to run.

The wireframes/ mockups were created using Adobe XD.

For the home page users can upload their CSV file/s and input all the required information.

The second mockup shows the vertical and horizontal scrolling bars as well as an additional file name to show what the user would see as they keep adding files and column headers. This shows how information will shown through scrolls.

The third mockups shows how the headers move around when a user tries to select an input. A drop down will appear where users can select all the column headers required.

The last three mockups are the final pages that show the data being processed. A percentage and time remaining are shown.
